Your energy isn't just a byproduct of leadership, it's a leadership strategy in itself.
What to do on those days you feel like you didn’t accomplish anything.
We really need to stop beating ourselves up on days we feel like we aren’t doing anything, and change the conversation to I didn’t do anything today, to what DID I do today? And be proud of ourselves for that. For showing up, no matter what got done.

These journal prompts will help you look at how your priorities are lining up with what is important to you, how you could add activities that energize you, and setting boundaries to do those things.
