My journey to becoming a Self-Love Coach is what changed everything.

The first month of my six month certification program, I went through the Self-Love Roadmap and had to learn how to create a loving relationship with my own mind, body, soul and emotions.

I started the program feeling burnt out, unfulfilled, angry, shameful and disconnected from my true self after experiencing multiple toxic workplaces. And, after doing this work, came out on the other side fully loving myself (the good, bad and ugly).

I knew my true authentic self was always in there, I just needed to learn how to find her and how to love her!

So not only did I come out of this program beaming with Self-Love, I am certified to empower you on your self-love journey as well!

Just remember, I went through it too, and I understand how it feels at the beginning, and all the beautiful, magical possibilities available for you on the other side!!!
