    Basically, beta clients have more say, extra access to the coach, and get customized coaching for a fraction of the price.

  • Nope! This program is open to all professional women.

    When we say leaders, we don’t necessary mean your job title. We mean someone who wants to make an impact. On their team, their co-workers, their workplace, their customers, their loved ones, and their communities.

    Plus, you will always be leading yourself no matter your role, which is what this program teaches: the foundations of leading yourself so you can lead others effectively.

  • We have designed this program specifically for busy professionals.

    This will not take up more than 90 minutes in your week.

    There will be 30 minutes or less of videos to watch each week.

    There will be one 60 minute support Zoom call each week.

    The learning portal is always open, so you can go at your own pace and watch the videos and complete worksheets on your own time.

Self-Loathing to Self-Love

I haven’t always been a coach…

I was in the workforce for 14 years. I began my career in fashion retail sales, then moved to the wholesale side as an intern and worked my way up to managing entire sales departments for fashion brands.

By age 26, I was leading 70 outside sales reps, the internal sales and warehouse teams (8 people), selling to account lists of 5,000+ boutiques and 20+ key accounts, while also planning and traveling for trade shows and sales meetings. This taught me to be meticulously organized, a quick problem solver, an efficient project manager, and how to understand and deliver on the needs of customers, reps, showrooms, vendors and internal teams.

While I kicked ass at my job externally, internally I was missing: Work/life balance, self-worth, self-trust, energy management, boundaries, self-compassion, and just overall respect for myself as a living, breathing human.

If I could go back and do it all again, I would have made those foundational practices a priority. So I could be EVEN better at my job. Be a better leader for my reps, co-workers, clients, and bosses. Better for my partner, friends, and family.

But most importantly better for myself.

Thankfully, I got to learn how to embody all these practices. And by embodying these practices, I finally figured out a new way to live, love and lead.

Now, it’s my mission to help you do the same.
