3 Ways to Practice Self-Love
Have you heard?
The relationship you have with yourself will be the greatest relationship you will have in your life!
So, show yourself Self-Love today (and always) and watch how it radiates out into every corner of your life!
Here are three easy and simple ways to practice Self-Love today and every day:
#1 - Write five things you value about yourself:
Start by making a list of five characteristics you value about yourself.
What makes you YOU? If you have trouble coming up with positive attributes, think about compliments you have received in the past!
When writing your list, be sure to list characteristics about who you are, rather than what you look like.
#2 - Write three things you are grateful for about yourself:
When you start practicing gratitude, you will energetically start attracting more things to be grateful for in your life!
List three things you are grateful for about yourself. Use this prompts if you need:
I am grateful for my mind because…
I am grateful for my body because…
I am grateful for my emotions because…
#3 - List three things that bring you joy… and actually do those things!:
Write three things that fill your heart with joy, that make you smile, that ignite your soul!
Maybe it’s cooking, going for walk, reading a book, spending time with loved ones, watching a movie… whatever makes your heart and soul feel full.
Then, take action, and make time to do those things.
When your energy cup is full, you have more energy and love to give!

Remember - When people say Self-Love is selfish, those people are acting out of fear that there is not enough love for everyone, or maybe they feel like they aren’t enough.
