If you have been feeling overwhelmed lately, it’s beneficial to sit down and reflect on how you are spending your time and energy every day.
These journal prompts will help you look at how your priorities are lining up with what is important to you, how you could add activities that energize you, and setting boundaries to do those things.
Just remember, at the end of the day, when your energy is balanced, your time will be too!
